So, along with where are you from;
1. How long have you been running?
2. What goals do you have this year in running?
Cheers!

I'm still reading Chad. I liked your 41:46 10k - very speedy.
1. 31 years, but it doesn't feel that long!
2. A fast 5k. 21:28 or better.
I'm from Kelowna, BC
1. I've been running off and on for 6 years now, I did some serious miles in 2006 and then started doing lots of running again in 2009.
2. My goals this year; I"m doing a 50 mile race at the end of the month which I hope to finish in under 9 hours. And I'm doing the Canadian Death Race which I hope toe finish in under 20 hours, but I'll be satisfied with just finishing that.
Hey Ewen! Great to hear from you! 31 years? for real? cool. I hope I have the same passion that long into my running journey.
Hello Nazzar! So you are the Kelowna person. A 50..km wow, that is intense. I think me legs would break down at 40. Good for you!!9 hours, shifts dont last that long! You are my hero.
I always leave a note when I drop by, like leaving my mark. lol. In case you need a refresher, 1.5 years steady, before that on and off for 3. This year, half and full marathon. If time constraints do not allow me to train properly and fully, I will still go and galloway it to the end. Non-running goals - pay off bills and get another career that does not involve 90 hours per week. Feel free to comment on my site as well. Already see you on daily mile racking up the kms. Way to go.
Ha! Kenley, ya I vaguely remember you.... Thanks for the refresher! Im out to get a 26 km in today with a person Im just getting t know from work. Good way to get aquanted, id say!
Cheers!
