I went from 201 lbs at 5'9" to a more healthful 155 through a new passion: running a few years ago. Since starting, my weight, energy, moods and coping have all transformed, as have my asthma and many aches and pains from being too heavy.
I started this blog to inspire me in running, and others. Change is hard, but possible, especially in your health. I love running and this has become an outlet for life's ups and downs.
