I find my ITB issues flare up as do my piriformis issues as sitting shortens the leg and the circulation and posture gets worse with fatigue. I need to do stretches throughout the day. THen I work (driver)14 hours sitting on it and get a feeling like restless butt syndrome. When I get to a stop and walk I feel better.
